What is Punya?

Punya is our reputation system. You earn Punya points by watching matches, posting comments, getting upvotes, and maintaining daily streaks. Higher Punya unlocks new levels and badges.

How do I change my profile picture?

Go to the Profile tab and tap on your avatar or banner image. You can select a new photo from your camera roll.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. This permanently removes all your data including comments, follows, and profile information.

Where does the match data come from?

We use licensed sports data providers to deliver live scores, ball-by-ball updates, player stats, and standings. Data accuracy depends on our providers and may have slight delays.

Response Time

We typically respond to support emails within 24 hours. During live IPL matches, response times may be slightly longer.
